⭐ Products & Deals
These appear in the “Deals & featured” section and inside each category page. Add one or several photos per product (the first one is the main photo — use ★ to change it), set price/condition, pick the category, mark as a deal, remove or add new ones.
🗂️ Categories (store departments)
“From” price, status, note and photo per department. You can add new ones and remove the ones you don’t use. “Visible” hides it without deleting.
🔥 Popup Offers (welcome deal)
The window that pops up when someone enters the site. Turn it on/off, upload a photo, set the discount and description. If several are active they show as a sliding carousel.
⭐ Customer Reviews
Shown in the “Happy customers” section. Edit the text, name and stars, remove any, or add more as new reviews come in. Mark one as “Featured” to highlight it in the About band.
🏷️ Brands
The “We carry the best brands” strip on the homepage. Add or remove brand names.
❓ Questions (FAQ)
The “Frequently asked questions” section of the homepage. These same questions are what Google reads to show them right in the search results, so keep the answers real and complete. Drag is not needed: the order here is the order on the site.
📍 Delivery areas & what you sell
The “Appliance delivery across Jacksonville” section. Add the neighborhoods and towns you actually deliver to and the kinds of appliances you carry — this is what helps people find the store when they search for their own area. The list of nearby cities is also sent to Google as your service area.
